WINE - BEER - SPIRITS
What is the return policy for bottled products at Magnotta? With a valid proof of purchase (an original cash register receipt for retail purchases, an email invoice for online purchases) any bottled product may be exchanged only, provided the item is unopened, in saleable condition and the item was purchased in the last 30 days.
Retail purchases may only be exchanged at retail stores; online purchases may be exchanged online or at retail stores. For online exchanges, please note that you will be required to pay for any additional applicable shipping charges.
What does saleable condition mean? The product must be in good condition (unopened, label and capsule intact, etc.) that will permit the item to be sold.
What credit will I receive? If the price changes between the time you purchased a product and the time you return it, you will receive credit for the amount indicated on your receipt.
MERCHANDISE (NON-ALCOHOL)
I have a merchandise item I would like to return? Due to our low inventory holdings of stock we can only offer exchanges on any merchandise item with valid proof of purchase (an original cash register receipt for retail purchases, an email invoice for online purchases) provided the item was purchased in the last 14 days.

What are my options if I have a defective warrantied item? If the item was purchased in the last 14 days and you have proof of purchase, a new item will be provided. If the item carries a manufacturer's warranty then contact information for that manufacturer will be provided.
BAG-IN-BOX WINE
What is the return policy for Bag-in-Box wines? Due to the nature of Bag-in-Box packaging we are unable to easily discern saleability and product integrity after the product has been removed from our stores. As Bag-in-Box packaging is neither tamper proof nor tamper evident, Magnotta cannot offer exchanges of these products.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
Magnotta is committed to providing the highest quality products available. All of our products are tested by accredited government labs as well as by our own laboratory.
If you have concerns about any Magnotta product you may bring the product into any of our locations for a product assessment. If you are an online customer and it is impractical to visit a retail location, please contact our Head Office to make alternate arrangements. Should our Quality Control lab analysis indicate a problem, the item will be exchanged (in the case of an online exchange, we will cover any applicable shipping charges).
Please Note: Individual flavour profiles, tartrates, wine crystals, natural sedimentation and tannin deposits are not considered to be wine defects. |
