Keyholder (Full-time) Vaughan - Full-Time

Location: Vaughan

As a full time Keyholder you will play a vital role in providing an exceptional customer experience. Engaging the customer from the moment they enter the store to their lasting impressions.


  • You will assist in product selection and provide knowledgeable information on food pairings
    Opening and closing of the store
    Point of Sale (POS) as required including sales reconciliation
    Execute all marketing and operational programs
    Ability to lift up to 25 kg.
  • Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
    Must wear steel toe shoes.

Must Bring:

  • Minimum two years customer service experience within a retail environment
    MUST HAVE Keyholder experience, minimum 2 years
    Previous wine, beer and spirit knowledge will be considered an asset
    Smart Serve license
    Strong communication skills
    Positive and outgoing attitude
    Ability to sell and cross sell products
    Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
