What's changed?
We are moving to a more simplified system where 1 point = $0.01 vs. the current 1 point = $0.025. As part of the transition to this new system, all product point values and customer accrued points will be increased by a factor of 2.5.
Will I lose my existing rewards?
No. Your actual dollar value and purchasing power remain the same. That means, if you had $5 in rewards yesterday, you still have $5 in rewards today.
How will this affect my future purchases?
Since we're also increasing product point values by a factor of 2.5, you will continue to earn and redeem the exact same credit on all future purchases.
Do I need to do anything?
No action is required on your part. We'll handle this update entirely behind the scenes for a completely seamless experience.
