Blueberry Velvet
A smooth, fruit-forward cocktail with dark rum warmth and a plush red-wine finish.
Ingredients:
1½ oz TRUE Dark Rum
1 oz Bel Paese Red Classics
½ oz blueberry syrup or blueberry liqueur
1 dash aromatic bitters
Garnish:
Fresh blueberries
Directions: Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir until well chilled and properly diluted. Strain into a small chilled stemmed glass. Garnish with fresh blueberries.
