Salted Caramel Pumpkin Spice Martini
Ingredients (per cocktail):
2 oz DiVino Salted Caramel Cream Liquor
1 oz Vanilla vodka
1 oz pumpkin spice liqueur or 1 oz pumpkin purée + ½ oz simple syrup + dash of pumpkin pie spice
Pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg
Crushed graham cracker or ginger snap cookie crumbs (for rim)
Whipped cream (optional garnish)
Directions: Rim a martini glass with caramel sauce and dip into crushed graham crackers/ginger snaps. In a shaker with ice, combine DiVino Salted Caramel Cream, vodka, and pumpkin spice liqueur (or the pumpkin purée mixture). Shake until chilled and frothy. Strain into the rimmed glass. Garnish with a dusting of cinnamon or a dollop of whipped cream.
Salted Caramel Apple
Ingredients (per cocktail):
2 oz DiVino Salted Caramel Cream Liquor
3 oz apple cider (chilled or warmed)
Directions: Stir together over ice in a rocks glass, or gently heat for a warm serve in a mug. Garnish with a cinnamon stick or apple slice. Sweet, creamy, and autumnal – like caramel apples at the fair.
