Rum Sour
1. Add 2 oz. TRUE DARK rum, 1 oz. lemon juice and 1 oz. simple syrup to a cocktail shaker.
2. Add ice and shake for about 30 - 45 seconds. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
3. Garnish with a slice of lemon and a maraschino cherry.
