Spring Thaw Spritz
A bright, floral-forward cocktail with a hint of sweetness and lift.
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Cabernet Franc Ice Grappa
0.5 oz elderflower liqueur
0.75 oz fresh pink grapefruit juice
Top with chilled sparkling wine
Garnish
Fresh rosemary sprig and pink grapefruit twist
Directions:
Fill a wine glass or large stemmed glass with ice. Add Ice Grappa, elderflower liqueur and grapefruit juice. Gently top with sparkling wine. Give a light stir to combine. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and a grapefruit twist.
