Blush Berry Vodka Sour
A silky, spring-ready sour with bright citrus and ripe raspberry notes.
Ingredients:
2 oz TRUE Vodka
1 oz lemon juice
¾ oz raspberry syrup
1 oz aquafaba or egg white
Garnish:
Freeze-dried raspberries
Directions: Add all ingredients to a shaker without ice. Dry shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds to build a rich foam. Add ice and shake again until well chilled. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with freeze-dried raspberries.
Raspberry Rosé Spritz
A bright, bubbly spritz with fresh berry notes and an elegant rosé finish.
Ingredients:
1½ oz TRUE Vodka
1 oz raspberry syrup
3 oz Venture Pinot² Rosé
Splash of soda water
Garnish:
Fresh or freeze-dried raspberries
Directions: Fill a large wine glass with ice. Add vodka and raspberry syrup. Top with Venture Pinot² Rosé and a splash of soda water. Gently stir to combine. Garnish with a fresh or freeze-dried raspberry.
